Are writers who aren't in the MPP eligible to get Boosted?

Are editors who aren't in the MPP (e.g. from India) eligible to become Boost Curators?

Apparently some Boost Curators from the community get paid a bonus. Other's don't. Is this true?

How long does it take to get feedback once applied to become a Boost Curator?

Will there be a list of pubs available with editors eligible to nominate stories?

How many editors do you plan to onboard this year? What do you exactly mean with *scaling*?
