I feel you, Amina. How many kids do you have? I have a toddler and am pregnant. It's tough juggling all thr balls in the air without dropping one. I recommend listening (I always use audible as a busy mum😅) to hyperfocus. It really helped me to be more focused and run a business on the side. Hugs!
