Hi Tony, Nice reading from you on Medium. You mean because Terrie added "Medium" haha^^ I just forgot it. Why? Because it doesn't offer a (fully-featured) integrated newsletter (except you have your own pub). I thought with the acquistion of Projector in Q4 2021 Medium would go that route and improve its email list feature. As I told Terrie, if I want to export my subscribers from Medium the .csv file I get is buggy. I have to add the first and last name and so on. I recommeny my students and followers to take advantage of the subscribe button and grow an email list with the help of Medium because this is just rented space on the internet... BUT I primarily recommend using Substack.

To come back to your question:

- Fix the .csv file so that it's easy to export subscribers

- Fix the import feature (I heard from several new writers it's not easy to import them properly (it worked for you, maybe you've improved it with the team?!).

- Offer indie writers to create their own newsletter (with the help of the Projector team).

Does this makes sense?
