Hi T. Yes. The moment you don't feel good about it. Stop it. I call it the traffic light technique.
Whenever you consume something ask yourself how it makes you feel
Red = stress eat and cry, depressed.
Yellow= some insights and ideas, okay
Green= helpful, inspiring thoughts, you feel good and know you can make it. It's doable.
