Hi Robert, I think it depends on the time passed between becoming a writer and sending a draft.

You could ask new writers to send you a draft link with an article. That's what we at The Shortform do (where Tom asked me to becoma an editor).

BUT this is a hurdle.

It depends on the big goal you have for your pub.

It's not about quantitiy it's about quality.

Better look out for your best writers and care deeply for them! Loyal followers and writers are key.
