I live in Germany. When you earn between 1K to 2K (before taxes) on Medium for some people this could be a full-time income.

On average, in Germany you earn 4K (before taxes).

Since I have to pay taxes on my Medium income, my revenue is at about 600. 600 is not that much when you're a mom with a kid in the house.

But there are some families who have to live with this income.
