My friend really IS pregnant and she apologized for her behaviour. The same for me. As I wrote. It was a true dilemma for us.

Thanks for your recommendation. The experience with my female friend taught me a life lesson. Unfortunately, infertility is a big topic under friends my age.... You should never take for granted that you can get pregnant (again), because you never know.

My baby is my greatest gift and I am very happy for you and your husband that you could adopt and raise two wonderful children.
