Hi Deb, Unfortunately that's how it is at the moment. It's not new. I wrote about it a few months ago! I'm glad you informed Help Desk too. This needs to be changed. 50% of the users are mobile users. We could earn so much more and Medium could win new members. I don't know why they do this.
