I also like reading article about this platform it helps me to improve my Medium skills and specific writing skills as well. Cross-linking is very important as you say. It helps you to re-active older articles and relate to other topics ou already covered.I also think tagging other inspiting writers is a good way of being a bit mire 'relational' on this platform.
