Thanks. I can feel you. I too get either discouraged or extremely motivated when I read these types of posts. New writers feel especially discouraged.

It takes time and effort like in any serioues business.

I had a look at your profile. Since I'm also a Medium coach I would recommend starting a newsletter :) Your topics are mass topics and I think a Substack newsletter or Revue nesletter would be great to build an email list.
